Spicy Seasoning Chicken Recipe

4 chicken thighs, cut in accordance with your taste
Oil, for frying & sautéing
1 tsp tamarind
Water, to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar, to taste
Seasoning ingredients:
Red onion
Garlic
Cayenne pepper
Big red chillies
Turmeric
Lemongrass
How to make:Step 1: cleanse the chicken
Before cooking, cleaning the chicken pieces, then sprinkle salt
Step 2: fried chicken until done
Then, fried chicken until lightly browned or until cooked, set aside
Step 3: rough milled herbal ingredients
Onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, chilli, turmeric and Red great Lemongrass in the rough ground. If your family doesn't like spicy you can reduce the number of cabenya.
Step 4: acidic water
Provide water in a small bowl, then stir in 1 tsp of tamarind. Mix until evenly distributed. Set aside.
Step 5: stir fry seasoning
Heat 3 tbsp oil, then stir in the spices already in rough ulek. Saute until aromatic.
Step 6: Fry all the ingredients
After the fragrant sour water, sugar, salt and chicken that was already in the FRY. Correction of taste. Cook until the chicken and seasoning mix.
