FRIED RICE SALTED FISH RECIPES SPICY HERBS

Fried rice with chicken and mixed seafood sometimes makes bored. Then there is no harm in your trying jambal salty fish fried rice. This fried rice taste the more special because there is a sensation of spiciness.

Ingredients:

600 grams of white rice

75 grams of salted fish fried jambal, coarsely shred

5 caisim, cut the stems after taste

5 grains of cayenne pepper, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic

2 eggs made scrambled eggs

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 TSP pepper powder

How To Make:

1. Saute garlic until fragrant.

2. stir in the rice, eggs, cayenne pepper and anchovies. Stir until all ingredients are blended.

3. Add caisim, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper powder. Mix until well blended and fried rice cooked.

4. Lift up the fried rice and serve while warm.
