RECIPE MAKES DRIED BEEF RENDANG
-5 tbsp oil, for sauteing
-10 pieces of Orange leaves
-3 stalks Lemongrass, memarkan
-1 Kg of beef, diced 5 cm
-2 ½ liter of coconut milk
-1 packet Beef Royco
-5 cm cinnamon
-4 grains of cardamom
-2 pieces star anise/pekak
-2 acid acid/gelugor kandis
-1 sheet of turmeric leaf, conclude
-6 tbsp grated coconut meat, roasted until the oil comes out
Spice paste:
-100 grams of red pepper curly or 150 g of red pepper
-20 red onion
-10 cm galangal
-8 red chilies (if using chili red curly)
-2 cm turmeric
-2 cm ginger
How To Cook:
1. In a skillet, Saute seasoning smooth, lime leaves and Lemongrass, until aromatic.
2. Add beef, coconut milk, and Cow Royco. Stir continuously until the meat is cooked. Reduce heat.
3. Add remaining ingredients, Cook until the gravy dries up and the beef is tender.
