FRIED FISH RECIPES SPICE-RICA RICA
Ingredients:
500-600 gr carp/snapper/grouper
Seasoning, crushed coarsely:
-6 shallots
-6 garlic
-2 bh tomat
-10 bh Cayenne/red pepper curls
btg-2 serai, bag. White, geprek
-1/2 lbr daun pandan, sliced
lbr-4 lime leaves, finely sliced
-lemon juice
-1/2 tsp salt
-2 tsp granulated sugar
-to taste, cooking oil for sautéing
-Basil leaves, to taste
How to make:
1. Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt for a few moments.
2. then FRY the fish until done, set aside.
3. take a used oil to fry the fish to taste, heat.
4. Fry the spices until fragrant.
5. Add salt and granulated sugar, taste the taste.
6. Towards the appointed, give lemon juice.
7. Lift up, then flush to top of fried fish.
8. Sprinkle with the basil leaves.
Note:
Basil leaves can also be included along with lemon juice.
Stir briefly, then immediately lift.
