Eggplant sauteed RECIPES TO KNOW seasoning sauce

Materials:
1 block of tofu, cut into pieces thin boxes
2 eggplants, cut into pieces, soak with salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cloves shallots, chopped
5 chillies, cut into pieces
2 pieces of bay leaf
1 segment galangal, memarkan
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
How to make:
1. Fry the Eggplant soaked brine. Fried tofu that's been cut into pieces. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onion. Insert a bay leaf and galangal. Saute until aromatic.
3. stir in the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and cilantro. Mix well. Stir in tofu and eggplant that is already fried. Add a little water if too dry. Saute until spices to infuse.
Sautéed Eggplant tofu is ready to serve with the warm rice and crackers.
