MAKE SEAFOOD FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
-600 g white rice
-150 grams of peeled shrimp, dividing Ridge
-200 grams of clean, cut round 1 cm
-1 leek, cut in 1/2 cm
-3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
-1 1/2 tablespoons fried onions for topping
-50 grams of pickled cucumber to complement
-2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
Subtle seasoning:
-3 large red chilies
-5 pieces of curly red chili
-2 cloves garlic
-8 grains of red onion
-1 tomato fruit
11/2 teaspoons shrimp paste, burned
How To Make:
1. heat the oil. Saute seasoning smooth until fragrant. Stir in shrimp and squid. Stir until it changes color.
2. add white rice, sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Stir until cooked.
3. stir in the leeks. Mix well. Sprinkle the fried shallots.
4. Serve with pickled cucumber.
