Butter Fried Chicken Recipe

6 pieces chicken thighs (clean)
2 cloves garlic (chopped coarse)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 clove onions (sliced lengthwise)

¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce United Kingdom
5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
Margarine sparingly
¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
Oil to taste

How To Make Fried Chicken In Butter:



  1. First rub chicken thighs with lemon juice, salt & pepper powder. Squeeze-squeeze and then let stand for 30 minutes first.
  2. Fried chicken thighs in the oils using medium heat. Wait until the colour is golden yellow, lift & then drain first.
